Return Policy & Guarantee
Lifetime Guarantee on all merchandise
We do offer a lifetime guarantee against normal wear and tear on your School ring. If we do find that your school ring was possibly damaged from any other situation, we can still repair at a charge. Please call us at 1-877-703-1143 for details on how what to do.
We will accept a return of your class ring minus a 30% remelting fee.
-You may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- All returned items require a RAN (Return Authorization Number).

Please include the following order information:
Full name, Address, Order Number, Date of purchase, Type of pendant purchased, Problem with order.
We will then give you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Send your item(s), original packing materials, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. Merchandise that does not match our product data in our records will be returned or refused.
A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
For customers who have Free Shipping and would like to return certain merchandise you will incur an additional $8.95 shipping charge to compensate shipping charges.
